An Inventory Report is a complete and comprehensive record of the contents and condition of every room/area in the entire property, including the garden and out buildings. This includes everything from floor to ceiling. 

 

Colours of decor, flooring, light fittings, windows, curtains, bathroom suites and kitchen units are all included.

 

Any areas which are not clean, or are damaged, are also noted.

 

Room photos are taken, along with anything worth noting, such as damage and heavy dirt or marks, interiors of kitchen appliances, items of unusual furnishings, gardens and garages.
