An Interim/Mid-term Report can be requested by the Landlord / Agent at any time during the tenancy, this is normally every 3 or 6 months depending on the length of the tenancy agreement.  

 

The visit consists of  a general property condition check (cleanliness/damage) and gives the tenant a chance to report any issues.

Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms will also be tested ensure they are working (push button audio beep only) and expiry dates will be checked where accessible.
