At the end of the tenancy we will re-visit the property once the tenant has moved out and carry out a full inspection of condition against the original inventory check-in report.

 

Room photos are taken, along with those of any damage, additional items, areas of dirt, etc.

Electric and gas meter readings will also be recorded.

​

If the tenant is present, we will collect the keys from them, along with any receipts for cleaning, and return them to the Agent/Landlord.
