Residential Property Inventory Reports for
Letting Agents and Landlords
PRICE LIST 2024/25
Prices include up to two reception rooms per property (one which may be a conservatory), one kitchen, one downstairs toilet, one en suite, garage and garden.
Please add £5 for each additional room, such as utility rooms, additional outbuildings, more than one en suite, or several bedrooms with a large amount of built-in furniture.
Furnished properties include basic furniture - sofa, bed (no bedding), chest of drawers, dining table, couple of pictures, etc.
Heavily furnished properties are defined as having a large amount of furniture, several ornaments, bedding,
pictures, kitchen and cupboards full of crockery/cutlery/utensils/cooking items.
Mid-term inspection reports are charged at £35 for properties with up to three bedrooms and £50 for properties with four+ bedrooms and additional rooms above the standard layout.
Digital photographs of each room are included as standard on the main inventory report and
check-out report.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a £20 charge.

Bookings where keys have been obtained and property visited, but aborted due to property not ready/tenants not vacated, etc, will be charged at full price.

Properties more than 5 miles from the agents office may incur an additional charge for petrol, minimum £5.

Bookings requested for a Bank Holiday will only be subject to availability, and will incur an additional £10 charge.

Saturday bookings are subject to availability, and are mornings only.
